Subscription Billing, Cancellation, and Refunds

If Pegasus Capital LLC offers automatically renewing subscriptions, the subscription terms, billing frequency, price, renewal terms, and cancellation method will be disclosed at checkout or before purchase.

By purchasing an automatically renewing subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until you cancel. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time using the available online cancellation flow, account settings, customer portal, or other cancellation method provided for the product.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated or required by law. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in separate written terms.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles. If a dispute is not resolved informally, the state and federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the website, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you and Pegasus Capital LLC agree that any dispute will be resolved only on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
